INTRODUCTION
2PE,3PE and FBE Epoxy coated steel pipe is widely used in pipeline
systems for the transmission of oil, gas, water and other fluids.
They have high resistance to corrosive from chemicals, moisture,
harmful environment, etc.
3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating consists of first FBE coating,
middle adhesive layer and outer polyethylene layer.
Bend Pipe 3PE Coating Equipment is used to bend pipe 3PE coating, it consists of bend pipe transportation equipment, bend pipe blasting machine,
bend pipe intermediate frequency heating, bend pipe 3PE coating, bend pipe spraying cooling.

with SY/T0315-2005 ,CNPC38-2002 "Technical specifications for
double-layer fusion-bonded epoxy powder coating on buried steel
pipe and Canada, American Corrosion Association standards.
