Heat shrink band/heat shrink sleeve is a kind of heat shrink anticorrosive material designed for buried and overhead steel pipe welding joints and thermal insulation pipes. It can also be used for sealing and anticorrosion of pipe flange connection. It is composed of radiation crosslinked polyolefin substrate and special sealing hot melt adhesive. The special sealing hot melt adhesive can form good bonding with polyolefin substrate, steel pipe surface and solid epoxy coating. When the heat shrinkable sleeve is installed, the base material shrinks in the radial direction at the same time, the internal composite adhesive layer melts, and is tightly covered in the patch, forming a solid anticorrosion body outside the pipeline together with the base material, which has excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance and good UV and light aging resistance.

6. Guarantee and after service

The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of installing, but no more than 14 months from the date of delivery. After this period we are obliged to provide with lifelong service at the expense of Buyer.

During the warranty period we are responsible to provide trouble shootings and help the customer to solve the problems, provide spare parts which are broken, except breakings caused by the Buyer.

We will provide the technical service train the workers from the buyers for free.

We can also send technicians to the buyer's companies abroad for help installation and testing the lines. But the buyer shall pay for the round trip tickets, accommodation, transportation, medicine treatment and insurance of the technicians in foreign countries and some salary accordingly.
