Product Description Product introduction: The screw and barrel of
the extruder, the pipe mold, and the sizing cooling system used in
this production line are all specially designed. Huashida Company
spent 2 years to overcome 130 technical difficulties and developed
a one-step PERT insulation pipe production line with independent
intellectual property rights.

Our Advantages Product line features: Low heat loss Since PERT insulated pipes use
polyurethane rigid foam plastics for insulation, its thermal
conductivity is: λ=0.013-0.03kcal/m·h·ºC, which is much lower than
other commonly used pipe insulation materials in the past, and the
insulation effect is improved by 4-9 times. Since the closed-cell
rate of polyurethane foam is as high as about 92%, the water
absorption rate is very low, about 0.2kg/m2.
Anti-corrosion, good insulation performance, long service life PERT
insulated pipes have a good anti-corrosion effect because the
polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer is tightly bonded to the
working pipe, isolating the infiltration of air and water. The
service life of polyurethane insulated pipes can reach more than 50
years, which is 3-4 times longer than the traditional trench laying
and overhead laying.
Small land occupation, fast construction, and environmental
protection. PERT insulated pipes do not require the construction of
large trenches, reducing earth excavation by more than 50%,
reducing civil engineering and concrete by 90%, and at the same
time, shortening the construction period by more than 50%.
